A quick Google search or five minutes on Pinterest will no doubt get you hundreds of recipes for protein shakes. Sometimes, however, you just want something classic and good for you. Here is one of my favorite ‘basic’ protein shakes – a ‘go-to’ item multiple times a week.


2 scoops vanilla protein.

1 tbsp sugar-free instant vanilla pudding.

1/4 tsp cinnamon.

1/4 tsp vanilla extract.

1/2 tsp butter-flavor extract.

1 cup water (or low-fat milk)

1 handful ice.

Add all items to blender and blend to desired consistency.
